Delivery charges will largely depends on delivery location. The individual charges will be listed in the details and will be visible in the shopping cart.
Delivery will take within 1 week for peninsular Malaysia, and within 2 weeks for Sabah & Sarawak. It’s often lesser than that, but this is just in case 🙂
Yes you do. The invoice will be emailed to your email address, so please be sure to provide us with with a valid email address.
GENERAL & PAYMENT INFORMATION
The payment is often taken immediately and you should be receiving a text / email update on that from your bank.
Wishlist, is a checklist of products that you have in mind, but not looking to buy at the moment and would like to reconsider later.
Please email / call us immediately and we will address the matter.
Please do provide us with a picture of the broken /damaged or wrong product if possible with the presence of the delivery personnel for us to attend to the matter immediately.
